When do tickets go on sale?
Tickets typically go on sale 4-6 weeks before the event.
How does it work and what should I expect?
Check out our upcoming events and pick which events are a good fit for you. Grab tickets to as many as you like. On dinner party day, try to arrive 5-10 minutes early. Upon entering the restaurant, you will find your custom and personalized place-setting at the table. Your host will take care of everything, moderating the conversation through intros, icebreakers, games, giveaways, and more. You will walk away with a full stomach and heart, new friends, and a locally handmade gift.

How can I stay connected after the dinner party?
At the end of your dinner party, we will make a group chat to stay in touch. We also have both a Facebook group and Discord server for the DishCourse Family, which includes everyone who has attended a dinner. This creates a community for strangers to continue expanding their social circles and stay connected.

Who attends these dinner parties?
We don't believe in barriers to entry. Anyone can attend our events, and we've hosted people of all sorts. However, we do find that most of our guests are around 25-45. We do offer age and interest-specific dinner parties if you are interested in joining the table with a particular demographic. Otherwise, our focus is on connecting people based on common interests, rather than demographics.
What if I'm nervous to have dinner with strangers?
It's okay (and very natural) to be a little nervous about a dinner party with strangers, but if there's one thing I've learned from hosting these events, it's that we are all here for a reason and that's to connect. You'd be surprised just how quickly we open up to each other when there's nothing to lose!
Can I attend more than one dinner party?
Absolutely. We welcome guests to come back to the table whenever they want to meet a new group of strangers. In fact, most of our guests return. Be sure to sign up for DishCourse Rewards to earn points for every event you attend.

What if an event is sold out?
If an event is sold out, you can join our waitlist. Make sure you're signed up for our emails and follow us on social media (@dishcourse_clt & @dishcourse_rgh) - we will notify our subscribers and followers about increased capacities, new events, and sudden openings.
Can I get a refund for my ticket?
Due to the limited availability of tickets, all sales are final. If you have an extreme circumstance, please reach out via email.

What if an event is cancelled or postponed?
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone events with prior notice. If an event is cancelled, guests will receive a full refund or credit toward a future event.
Will there be photography at the event?
Yes, we will be capturing photos and videos during the event. By purchasing a ticket, you consent to the capture and use of any event photography.
How are food allergies and sensitivities handled?
While we strive to accommodate food allergies and sensitivities, we recommend selecting an event with menu options that meet your dietary needs. Most of our menus include vegetarian and gluten-free options.
Are there any age restrictions for the events?
Yes, all events are 21+ only. Please be prepared to show ID at the event.
What should I know for the day of the event?
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early, considering parking and finding your seat. You'll be welcomed with a personalized place setting and a handmade DishCourse gift. We handle everything from ordering to facilitating conversation; your focus is on connecting with other guests.
